seeking Afro-Amer. or W. Indian cleaning lady who is 'bossy' & assertive in Manhattan, New York For Sale

Hello,
I'm seeking a unique cleaning Lady who is 'bossy' or 'assertive' or Dominant by nature. i am a submissive person by nature, and my previous cleaning lady (a very Dominant Jamaican Woman) helped me to understand and realize this. Sadly, She has gone to Jamaica (maybe permanently), and She instructed me to find a replacement as close to Her as possible.
It pays well, is once/weekly and only 2 hours of Your time. my home is a small studio in the west village, near the A,C,E and L trains. i'm generally neat (as per Her instructions) and the cleanings should not take long, and i have been instructed to pay my Cleaning Lady for two hours' regardless, plus tips.
Mornings/early afternoons are best.
