I have been there, I was a chubby kid who got made fun of so much until one day I decided to do take action. I didn't know a lot so I tortured myself eating a bunch of nasty vegetables I didn't like. Then I found myself skinny, skinny arms and legs with no abs, again I was frustrated. It seemed like I just had bad genetics. Especially when I began going to the gym in high school and saw ZERO results. I just quit at that point and decided that my genetics would never allow me to achieve the dream body every guy hopes for. It wasn't until college, that trial and error combined with vigorous research that I finally saw what worked and what was complete BS fed to us by the media and our out-of-shape gym teachers.
