Job Description
Regional Business Development Director for Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC).
We are looking for a Regional Marketing and Business Development Director to oversee the business development and census growth for 10 Senior Care facilities, including IL, AL, SNF and CCRC's. This position will supervise the Marketing Directors and Admission Coordinators within the various facilities and will be responsible for the development of positive relationships, as well as enhance a positive image and reputation of the facilities with key referral sources and referral influencers in the medical, professional and general community.
In addition, through marketing initiatives, the Regional Marketing Director will increase referrals and/or recommendations of the facilities as the healthcare providers of choice from referral sources and referral influencers in the medical, professional and general community. The Regional Marketing Director will supervise and help facilitate a smooth and “user-friendly” admissions process that will increase satisfaction from referral sources, residents and their family members. Responsible for driving sales efforts for Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing levels of care.
Previous CCRC, LTC, SNF, IL and AL Marketing and Business Development experience is a MUST. Must be able to work independently and travel to the various facilities as needed.
