We automatically regulate all of our actions, fix and align or replace anything that needs it, we shim or repair any cracks in soundboards. All of our pianos are tuned several times to 440 before shipping, all hardware/hinges/pedals/screws are buffed and shined to look like new, we use only Steinway parts when replacing anything. All of our techs have great expertise and experience working on Steinways.
