THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Answer phones, file, fax and copy materials
Perform word processing, Compose letters and memos, Prepare written reports, Schedule meetings, Perform data entry
Significant contact with other associates, customers, and suppliers,
Provide clerical support as requested
Calendar Management
Provide secretarial and administrative support, including travel arrangements
Data collection and tracking reports
Prepare presentations
Maintain documentation
Ability to communicate with a global team
Event coordination
As needed, Provide administrative backup support on other special projects for the Global Manufacturing and Quality Department
