Have a minimum of 2+ years of experience working in an office environment

Have an extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word / Excel

Possess excellent people skills and great personality
Have strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
Speak perfect english / bilingual a plus
Be highly organized, on time, professional
Type at a minimum speed of 50 wpm, (typing test will be given during your first interview)
Responsibilities Include:
Maintain office records
Answer and direct phone calls
Process and distribute mail
Maintain and update employee files
Maintain office equipment and supplies
Participate in various aspects of QA and testing
Help with email / phone customer support
Perform other duties as required
Organize office operations and procedures
Assist the General Manager, Operations Manager and Sales Manager
Assist bookkeeper as needed
Assist sales team
Answer 4-line office phones
Assist customers with over status questions and collecting missing information
