Client Service Technical Support Representative
Do you want to troubleshoot and maintain cutting edge television network solutions? TVR Communications pCare Interactive Systems will deliver education, entertainment and communication services to millions of patients at various healthcare facilities.
Description:
Responsible for supporting, configuring and testing, interactive hospital systems including:
?Updating and configuring server, client and broadcast components
?Troubleshooting and debugging software, hardware and broadcast issues
?Documenting issues and updating internal knowledge bases
?Monitoring schedules and milestones
?Solving problems and facilitating progress
?Fostering communication between internal teams, management and clients
?General maintenance of Interactive TV system, user and customer support, and general Audio Visual functions
?Interaction with users and hospital IT for user support
Status: Full-time, non-exempt, salary.
Qualifications:
?AS Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
?2+ years in a customer support position
?1+ years working with databases including SQL, Postgres and MySQL
?Working knowledge of Windows OS, Windows xxxx/xxxx Server, and Linux (Red Hat or Fedora preferred)
?Highly motivated, dependable, detail-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
?Ability to deal with diverse personalities in stressful situations and work in a fast paced environment.
?Ability to solve problems and facilitate progress.
?Experience in planning, scheduling, and business communications
?Good understanding of personal computer components
?Basic knowledge in Audio / Video broadcast
?Basic Knowledge in television networks (RF, ATSC and QAM preferred)
?Knowledge of Microsoft Office
?Clean driving record
