Director Of Development in Manhattan, New York For Sale

Seller:
Type: Office Work, For Sale - Private.

For over 25 years, The Olana Partnership (TOP), an independent 501(c)3 non-profit organization, has worked in a model public-private partnership with the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (NYSOPRHP) to restore, conserve and interpret Frederic Church?s Olana, a National Historic Landmark and State Historic Site. Church was the most celebrated American artist of the mid-19th century, and Olana and its 250-acre designed landscape is his greatest masterpiece. Church?s prescient commitment to environmental conservation and viewshed protection and his cosmopolitan worldview extend Olana?s interests beyond the fields of American art and historic preservation and its significance far beyond the Hudson Valley. Moreover, Olana and the City of Hudson are on the brink of a new era of growth and engagement with the broader world.
TOP and NYSOPRHP are embarked on a major capital campaign to restore and interpret the remaining elements of the house and landscape. The Director of Development will be a key, senior member of TOP?s leadership team responsible for developing and directing the campaign in coordination with TOP?s President and Board, as well as all other development activities.
