Our client located in Mid-Town Manhattan is seeking an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years corporate administrative experience. This person will support Senior Management with calendar management, meeting coordination, booking travel arrangements, preparing documents for meetings and maintaining reports. 60-65K Base plus Bonus.
Responsibilities
?Travel management, both domestic and international
?Manages calendar, including meeting planning, scheduling, and preparation of all meeting logistics
?Preparing written documents such as agendas, reports, and other meeting materials
?Scheduling meetings, typing memos, produce presentations, and scanning
?Expense reimbursement and invoice processing
?Support/implement marketing materials
?Event support (mailing invitations, managing guest list, on site assistance)
?Screens and prioritizes mail and incoming telephone calls
Requirements
?Bachelor?s degree required.
?5-7 years of corporate administrative experience. Financial Services experience preferred.
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office( Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Strong internet research skills.
?Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
?Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, business communication and time management skills.
?Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
?Able to multi-task and be flexible to handle multiple deadlines.
