Bond No. 9, New Yorks first ever luxury fragrance company dedicated to paying homage to the life, style and history of New York City is looking for an enthusiastic, eager, professional Export Coordinator to join the growing Bond No. 9 team. Will work in a fast:pace, creative environment and have the opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding luxury fragrance company.
Job Description
:Handle customer inquiries.
:Processing Purchasing Orders from customers and enter sales order. Issue P/O to suppliers.
:Follow up on shipping schedule, quantity, etc. with customer / supplier / warehouse / forwarder / insurance company.
:Create monthly sales, AR, inventory, marine insurance report
:Link between
marketing/PR/merchandising team and clients,
:Collect customer information (demand/forecast, share, market, competitor, price, etc.)
:Prepare requested document to support Export Management (quotation, sales report, etc.)
:File and maintain necessary documents.
Job Requirements
:Advanced Excel experience
:Strong anticipation skills and forward thinking
:Excellent communication skills.
:Able to interact at all levels with internal and external personnel
:Deadline/task orientated with a great sense of urgency
:High energy
:Proactive, requiring little direction, takes responsibility
:Detail orientated, organized and structured
:Strong Follow:up skills
:Skilled with Microsoft Office
:Experience in the Beauty Industry is a plus
