NY Cake & Baking is looking for an upbeat, flexible Office Administrator with prior office experience and exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing customer service both in-store and on the phone
Managing fax orders
Managing classes, students and payments
Managing class website
Managing Social Media Posts
Data entry and filing
Performs other support functions and participates in special projects as needed
Requirements:
Developed organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
Proven administrative experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel
Professional, courteous and diplomatic telephone etiquette
Self-starter able to work independently and flexible enough to be a team player
Excellent customer service
Ability to trouble-shoot and problem solve
