Job Description:
Located adjacent to the new Ralph Lauren store, Polo, at the corner of 5th Ave and E 55th St in the heart of Midtown, this is a prime location. Comprised of a street level bar and a lower level restaurant of 160 seats, in a classic and exclusive setting, serving the freshest of ingredients, this restaurant opening has been immensely successful. Gibsons Restaurant Group is proud to be partnering with Ralph Lauren once again with this exciting new project.
We are currently searching for a Pastry Chef. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3:5 years of experience, have a strong fundamental knowledge of pastries, including chocolate, baking, pies, ice cream and sorbet. Successful candidates will also have experience managing a team of multiple employees.
