Tasks/requirements include:
? Responsible for the day to day support for the President.
? Answer phones and take messages.
? Data entry, formatting/re-formatting documents, correspondence.
? Research companies and candidates on sites such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
? Arrange meetings and interviews.
? Ad hoc projects as needed.
? Must have organizational and project/task management skills.
? Confident communicator with good written and oral skills.
? Pro-active, forward-thinking, creative problem solver, results-oriented individual.
? Team player who possesses good interpersonal skills.
? Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
? Must have experience in an office environment.
Hours are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday.
