Temp to Perm Office Manager/Executive Assistant - Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC (New York, NY) in Manhattan, New York For Sale

Growing international retained executive recruiting company is seeking a top notch Temp to Perm Office Manager/Executive Assistant to support the office as a whole with administrative and office management tasks. Duties include creating processes for the office that center around vendor management and invoicing, among other things. Candidate will also act as a liaison between clients and candidates when it comes to scheduling interviews. This is a large part of the job. Lastly, the person in this role will support the Managing Partner and his staff with booking detailed international and domestic travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and video conferences, completing expense reports, communicating with clients and building relationships, and working with vendors as needed. Ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of EA experience in a fast-paced professional services setting where the priorities consistently shift. Seeking a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. BA/BS preferred but not required. Hours are 8:30am-6:00pm Mon-Thurs, 8:30am-4:00pm Fri. Base salary up to $75K based on experience.
