Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum of 5 years of IT experience.
UDB DB2 Admin (4 years plus) Preferable
PL SQL Stored procedures skills - Preferable
Should be able to interface with the client and coordinate with a team of developers in the offshore/onshore model project.
Communication with users to gather requirements and analyze/address issues
Investigating and fixing bugs / Participating in test execution cycles
Interact with other technology groups as needed
Coordinate with users and developers located in different geographic regions
Experience in working in finance/banking/capital markets will be an advantage.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and should be able to interact with the client directly. He/she should be able to coordinate with offshore team.
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
