Basic Function:
The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining, preserving, and improving the banks real estate assets in order to provide a safe and comfortable environment for employees and customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop, analyze and administer capital, occupancy and operating budgets.
Organize and maintain any necessary paperwork.
Manage the operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electric and building services.
Oversee various outside services such as janitorial, snow removal, landscaping, window washing, and waste removal to ensure all standards are met.
Manage contractor services for various construction/repair projects.
Manage daily maintenance requests and resolve problems.
Keep current on rules and regulations that govern work performed in buildings.
Exercise managerial authority over staff with respect to hiring, staffing, performance management, salary recommendations, training, and termination.
Responsible for the maintenance of the property and the image it portrays.
Basic Qualifications Required:
Bachelors degree or equivalent in work experience
Minimum three years mechanical trade or building service experience
Minimum two years experience in Property Management
Minimum five years in a supervisory position
Valid State Drivers license
Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access software
Familiarity with blueprints and site plans
Ability to be on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week
Strong communication skills
Proficient project management skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage and lead subordinates
Develop and oversee departmental budgets
Fully versed in all codes and regulations governing the property in order to maintain compliance and avoid fines
