Experienced PROPERTY MANAGERS needed for residential community in Albany, NY.
Responsibilities:
Resident relations
Rent collection
Maintenance oversight
Staff management
Subsidy voucher preparation
Income verification processing
Regulatory/compliance reporting
Manage purchasing
Supervise unit turnovers
Qualifications:
Seeking a committed individual with initiative.
Candidate must have at least 2 years previous knowledge and skill in Section 8 and property management (multifamily residences) experience and be familiar with the recertification process.
Certification in affordable housing management, proficiency with OneSite software preferred
Supervising experience of at least 2 individuals
