Hi! I'm going back to France, and I'm looking for a person that will take back my room, stating in june 1st. We are located in harlem, in a really safe place. (I'm a girl, I use to party till 5am and I never experienced any fear or problem!). There is a grocery store right in front of the building, and another one (bigger) 2 blocks down the street. We also live near the subway: the line express 2/3 are at our door (1 min walking... No kidding!) and also a bus stop to go to colombia is also there (brings you to colombia in 15 min). We have right at our door, a chinese restaurant and a chiken restaurant($1. 75 the slice dude!). They both do great food when you're too lazy to cook :). The room is very large, it has a really big closet, and a closet for your suitcase in order to don't "spread the mess"! There is a queen size been, 2 desks, a heater, a climatizator, lamps, and chair. This is a very calm room, as it is a back room. Meaning, no car or people noise at averytime of the day. There is also a huge living room, with cable TV. A dishwasher, a juicer, a big fridge (to share), a blender, 2 ovens (one big, and a small electic one for toasts). The bathroom is shared, but it has not been a problem during the 6 monthes I've been living here. About the roomies - Quan is 19 Yo, she is working at rag & bones and she's californian - Justin is 29 Yo, he's actor, trying to sucess in NYC, he's from north carolina -Pierre Olivier, is 26 Yo, he's french, and is comming for working here.
