My apt is located in a doorman/elevator building with washer/dryer in my place.The A/D/C train are walking distance from my place too. My apt. is clean, uncluttered, and furnished with new furniture. The room has a queen size bed, dresser, night stand, large closet, etc.
Short or Long Term arrangement is available. I do live alone at this time and you will not have to share your room with anyone else. Also,washer/dryer,WiFi internet is in my apt..
