We have a 3 bedroom on the Upper East Side with one bedroom available to rent. The bedroom is large enough for a full/queen bed. The current tenant has a dresser and vanity in the space, so there is plenty of room! There is also a double closet in this bedroom. The bedroom also has it's own bathroom attached to the room. There is a second bathroom in the apartment for the other two tenants. The common area is spacious with a dining table and sectional. The apartment is a one floor walk up. There is a dishwasher, no pets allowed. Heat and hot water included. We have lived here for 4 years and love the apartment! Our roommate is moving to a new city which is why the room has become available.
