The Enterprise Acquisition Marketing Manager is part of company s Global Marketing team and is responsible for leading and contributing to projects that drive new customers and revenue growth for company s enterprise product, company Premier.We re searching for an experienced B2B marketer who can effectively create awareness/demand and acquire, score, and nurture leads through online channels. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across marketing automation, Search, PPC, remarketing, site optimization, and social media, with a track record of success. The right person will obsessively focus on growing our customer base through a mix of traditional and non-traditional online marketing approaches, a reliance on A/B testing and optimization, and, ultimately, finding and creating entirely new marketing channels.This role supports company s mission and business goals by helping educate our target audience on the value of company Premier, and drives customer acquisition through a variety of channels and strategies.Responsibilities Include:Develop and execute a robust acquisition and growth plan, working closely with Premier Marketing Automation Team and the Premier Marketing Team LeadLaunch, manage and optimize new acquisition campaigns across online channels, including paid and organic search, social, blog, display, and mobileDefine and execute a full lead nurture lifecycle, working with Marketing Automation Team to manage lead engagement programs via SFDC and EloquaLeverage content marketing and thought leadership for lead generation across various channels, working with content development lead to deliver whitepapers and webinarsClosely monitor, measure and report on marketing-driven growth across all global regionsMaintain marketing conversion metrics to agreed targets and KPIsQualifications:Deep knowledge of global B2B marketing best practicesThrives in a lean work environment we re looking to you to build our B2B acquisition model from scratchSelf-proclaimed data/analytics geek combined with creative thinker who can translate insights into marketing strategiesExperience leveraging Marketing Automation tools (Eloqua preferred) to drive leads through the funnelAble to work effectively and seamlessly across Sales and Marketing functionsStrong analytical and quantitative skills with a bias towards data informed decision makingExperience marketing to a global customer base (translation, localization, etc.)Fluent in latest B2B marketing technologies; working knowledge of HTMLHighly organized and detail oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects and juggle competing priorities and deadlinesWorks well under tight deadlines and a constantly changing high-growth environmentGreat sense of humor and strong work ethicSelf-motivated and accountable7+ years marketing experience (B2B or combination of B2B and B2C preferred)Minimum 4 years online/web marketing and digital strategy, with expertise in a variety of online marketing channelsUndergraduate degree required, graduate degree preferred
