The GCASProduct Sales Specialist supporting Escrows is accountable for creating acompelling case to drive the sale of escrow services via multiple internal andexternal sales channels. Candidate willbe responsible for covering a sector and must become known and be available tothe client facing staff, most often TSO s, corporate bankers. Candidatewill educate and coach teams and individuals to identify opportunities andposition the bank s solutions.In additionto traditional internal distribution partners, position requires development ofrelationships with external influencers, i.e., law firms. Candidatemust support sales efforts by developing and delivering marketing materials tobuild and enhance internal and external product awareness. In addition, candidate will need to createand deliver winning propositions and execute on new opportunities in a timesensitive environment. Enterprise DescriptionLead product expert supporting Global Transaction Services in client engagements, account management, closing complex and high dollar deals, and/or emerging solution opportunities with strategic clients. Has detailed product line expertise on designated product line or detailed knowledge of industry needs and practices and GTS product sets available to meet those needs. Leads consultative discussions at multiple levels of the organization and may act as a Bank representative presenting at key industry events. Participates as the product sales or industry expert in client call planning and client calls as well as strategic client reviews, identifying opportunities and influencing solutions. Also is a key participant in Senior Deal Teams. Drive collaboration between product, sales and client relationship teams to package, market and position leading solutions that address the challenges clients face and grow market share through client calling and deal support. May act as an individual contributor or may lead a team.QualificationsRequired SkillsBachelors degree, generally with an investment-related major such as finance or economics.Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, preferably escrow sales experience, or related.A proven record of success in the sale of financial products.Excellent presentation and writing skills.Desired SkillsDirect experience with the sale of escrow services to large institutions.C-level contacts and calling experience.Law firm contacts and calling experience.
