Job Description
The Mount Sinai Health System’s Department of Information Technology (IT) is focusing on one of the major growth areas of the business: population health. The team is responsible for delivering a comprehensive strategy around building an integrated data platform for the Health System, delivering innovative analytics and providing strategic solutions for our population health initiatives. This project team is high-profile with C-Level staff within the system. From an IT perspective, we are building an industry-standard data warehouse using Oracle’s Enterprise Health Analytics (EHA), delivering population health solution using the Crimson tool, and developing various predictive and advanced dashboards. We are seeking smart, enthusiastic, energized, and experienced staff to join this growing team, including this critical Junior Oracle/ETL Developer position.
This is an opportunity to join a team that is leading the vision in this area. We are looking for enthusiastic and energized individuals to develop, deliver, and support analytics solutions from an enterprise-wide analytics platform. These solutions will support clinical operations, population health, risk management, care quality improvement, and process improvement initiatives among other strategic programs.
In this Oracle/ETL Developer position, you will work on Oracle’s EHA platform and various other reporting solutions/platforms. You will develop, implement, and maintain ETL routines and data extracts supporting these platforms. The EHA platform is based on Oracle Healthcare Data Warehouse Foundation Model (OHDWF). Oracle 11g database, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) are some of the technologies that you will have the opportunity to work with in this role.
